Processing Times

We aim to process and pack all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide only. All orders are sent via Australia Post, with both Standard and Express options available at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Usually 3–6 business days (metro areas) and up to 7–10 business days for rural/remote locations.

• Express Shipping: Usually 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $299.

• Orders under $299: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Local Pick-Up

We offer free local pick-up from our boutique in Airlie Beach, QLD. You can select this option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Pre-Orders & Stock Availability

If your order contains pre-order items, we will wait until all items are in stock before shipping. This helps reduce unnecessary shipping costs and packaging.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, Oasis Lifestyle is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels. If you experience issues, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number. Of course, if you need assistance, our team is happy to help where possible.
